Introduction: This paper examines the integration of digital technology in public service policy implementation, focusing on its impact on government efficiency, transparency, and citizen engagement. The main research question is: What are the key factors that contribute to the successful implementation of digital technology in public services?
Novelty: This study offers a unique contribution by analyzing the policy implementation process, which remains underexplored in existing literature, particularly in emerging economies. It identifies institutional readiness, policy design, stakeholder collaboration, and equitable access as critical factors.
Methods: Using a qualitative library research method, this study conducts a systematic literature review of recent peer-reviewed journals and government reports. The data were gathered from trusted academic sources to identify key themes in digital public service integration.
Results: The findings show that successful integration of digital technology relies on institutional preparedness, adaptable policies, collaboration across sectors, and addressing the digital divide. These factors are essential for effective digital service delivery.
Conclusion: The study concludes that continuous investment, policy alignment, and inclusive governance are necessary for successful digital transformation in public services. Overcoming the digital divide and ensuring equal access to technology should be prioritized.
