PEER REVIEW PROCESS

International Journal of Innovation and Thinking follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure fairness, impartiality, and high academic standards in the publication of scholarly works. This process ensures that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process, minimizing biases and focusing solely on the quality of the research.

Steps in the Peer Review Process:

  1. Initial Submission Screening: Manuscripts are first reviewed by the editorial team to ensure they align with the journal’s focus, scope, and formatting guidelines. Submissions that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or sent back to the authors for revision.

  2. Assignment to Reviewers: Eligible manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Reviewer selection is based on expertise, avoiding any conflict of interest.

  3. Double-Blind Review: Both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous during the review process. Reviewers assess the manuscript for originality, methodological rigor, clarity of arguments, and contribution to the field of innovation and thinking.

  4. Reviewer Feedback: Reviewers provide detailed feedback, including recommendations for acceptance, revision, or rejection. This feedback is communicated to the authors through the editorial team.

  5. Revisions: Authors address the reviewers’ comments and resubmit the revised manuscript. Revised submissions are often reviewed again to ensure that the feedback has been adequately addressed.

  6. Final Decision: Based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the editor’s evaluation, a final decision is made to accept or reject the manuscript. Accepted manuscripts undergo final editing and formatting before publication.

This rigorous process ensures the publication of high-quality, innovative, and impactful research that aligns with the journal’s mission.
