Abstract

This systematic literature review (SLR) examines the implementation of e-Government in Indonesia and its impact on public sector performance. The review synthesizes various studies conducted in the past decade, focusing on key variables such as civil servant productivity, service quality, and the integration of technology in public administration. By analyzing the findings from 20 selected articles, this review identifies gaps in current research, highlighting areas such as the role of training, political context, and citizen engagement in the success of e-Government initiatives. The paper concludes with suggestions for future research, emphasizing the need for comparative studies, longitudinal assessments, and sector-specific investigations.
